October 2020, Abandoned Little Angels hosted our first ever Virtual Fun Run! Although we had to reschedule numerous events that we look forward to every year, ALA never stopped in our fundraising efforts, and found creative ways to still raise money for the children who depend on us. Registration was a donation of $10 per individual, which will feed a child in Vietnam for a month, or family registration donation of $30 for a family of four, which will cover nutrition and education for a child in Vietnam for a month.
The event occurred on Saturday, October 10, 2020, and participants were encouraged to walk or run at a local park, neighborhood, or trail and tag us on social media using the hashtag #ALAFunRun2020. Despite being only virtual, the Fun Run was extremely successful,
